Payment Policy
All orders are billed upon our receipt and acceptance, because they are custom-produced to your specifications. We accept all major credit cards, as well as cashier’s checks and personal checks. We also accept purchase orders from companies, schools, municipalities, military and government organizations. Orders paid by personal check will not be processed until check has cleared. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders. Minimum order amount is $50. Note: Iowa residents Add 6% sales tax.
Please allow 5 to 7 working days from the time your prepaid order (by credit card, cashier’s check or approved purchase order) is received by us. For orders paid by personal check, please allow up to 10 additional days for check to clear.
Shipping and Handling
There is no shipping charge on local orders picked up at our facility in Urbandale, Iowa.
Otherwise, your order will be carefully and securely packed before shipment via UPS. If you have a special request for sorting or packaging your order, please let us know; we will be happy to accommodate you. Free standard ground shipping on prepaid orders over $150!

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied! Because all orders are custom-produced to your specifications, we only can accept returns of products that are incorrect or defective. No products will be accepted without prior authorization; please call 800-451-1056 for a Return Authorization Number. Your account will be credited or a check sent to you after returned items are inspected and determined to be incorrect or defective.
